
DELIVERY
We ship to USA, EU and within the United Kingdom through FedEx or DHL.
DUTIES AND TAXES
All United Kingdom orders include VAT, which is added at checkout.
All product prices displayed for other destinations (EU, USA), are exclusive of all taxes and duties. The receiver will be responsible and liable for all import/customs duties and any local sales taxes by the receiving country jurisdiction. Parcels will not be released if the necessary customs and duties are not settled. We will keep you informed before and after your parcel has been dispatched.
Shipping is free for all orders to UK, USA, EU.
Each Matturi piece is made to order. Once we receive your order our atelier will take 4 weeks to handcraft and create your piece. We will keep you informed regularly on progress by email.
An email notification will be sent to you once the ready to be shipped and we will re-confirm your delivery instructions.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All jewellery (execpt earrings) can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are returned new and unused, together with all packaging material.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Please contact us on info@matturi.com to inform us of a return so that we can authorise it.

The buyer/client is responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage. Products should be returned in their original boxes with protective materials such as bubble wrap and, where possible, sent via an insured and approved courier (e.g. DHL or FedEx).
Matturi Jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Exchanges will only be considered for issues of a manufacturing nature. In such cases, please allow up to 4 weeks for a replacement piece to be produced.
